embarrassing ... am really angry

did not the batteries depicted obtained (without plus-print & in bag welded) .I wrote the seller and back came a comical mail "batteries be ready (pg) supplied as OEM versions with the same grade of plus-batteries" , I am speechless because I nix of bag or OEM point finde.anbei gabs ne pdf about the alleged same quality of different batteries. ansich brings me nothing I'm so not oem bestellt.im shop you laughed at the excuse and the PDF quality is questionable must be different than plus-batterein. Why else is there differences in quality if everything is good?
nothing against oem if I had ordered it voluntarily.
