With all this, the Nikon AF-S 50mm 1.8G can convince. Furthermore, the material quality and the mechanical precision be described as good. Of course, this lens is made to essential parts of plastic - but possessing a solid metal bayonet. The ultrasonic AF focuses quickly, precisely and very quietly. Of particular note is the excellent price-performance ratio for this lens. I use it on my D610 to complement the zoom lenses. Who wants to have really seen more quality, has already significantly more money to spend. The somewhat more intense Nikon AF-S 50mm 1.4G worthwhile in my opinion the significant higher price not really.
