Endearing phone, but technical disaster

After I only have read as almost always the bad reviews, I ordered a Gigaset fan still this beautiful device with Amazon.
Delivery was fast and good.
I was totally excited about the handling and I reluctantly put the unit out of hand ..
However, the feeling was marred somewhat in the next few days. My interlocutor certified me several times a worse speakerphones as with my earlier Gigaset model. But decisive for my return was then the frequent catastrophic failure in standby. The device is, for example, fully charged battery on the desktop. Still, I was tel. Unreachable because the handset completely unnoticed abschaltete, but the caller while a dial tone got my base station no sound was. In the worst case I was so hours unreachable, without even realizing it.
After the reviews of the error is obvious known for some time and a software update also brought no relief.
