I like actually ending movies and therefore have already alone from the "apocalyptic scenario" with me always good books. That's why I have these representatives loaned sometimes, especially since the cover is also a bissl Science Fiction "promised". The title seemed to me but as a western (Young Guns). And so the film is also put up somehow. Whether this takes place in a world ending or Western does not matter. Except for the robot you realize namely from two to nothing. So there is to see the destroyed cities and the like. On The Contrary. It always flying an airliner over the protagonist and the trip "across the border" is a completely intact Modern city. Inevitably, one wonders why the main characters at all live in the desert. The whole acts just to desert next to a normal city. Thus, the end-time bonus falls completely flat.
The story can not save also. Although I could captivate the very quiet and quite well played story, but does not do it. After 40 minutes of the movie I was still not packed, and the rest will "wait". Finally, there is a moderate Western showdown, which is indeed "fair" but not really spectacular (although he's not really do it justice).
All in all, too much narration and little love story .. I think a woman can be so rather deal, that's why I say sometimes jokingly, that it is an "end-time movie for women".
A star for me there is, however, still for the lovely soundtrack that is entirely on my wavelength with his New Age. But that only once in passing.
