I bought the batteries last year for my Pentax DSLR and keep it always 600-1000 images by, depending on the flash and display use. The supplied charger with my 2700 NIMH batteries do about limp after about 50 pictures. Decisive is likely to be that the Eneloops much longer than other batteries maintain their voltage. Also in other devices such as an external flash unit, a bicycle lamp, a flashlight and handheld radios I use them. Especially in the handhelds they are the only batteries that are reasonably usable, because the radio is actually designed for a 5-cell battery pack (6V) and for operation with 4 batteries (4.8V) is normally not to move to work. In all these devices the Eneloops hold despite nominally lower capacity much longer than several other battery with 2500-2700 mAh, and the best: I must no longer be recharged before use! Simply load, put in the closet and use when needed, even months later. The promised capacity achieve them, all 16 batteries that I possess will be measured from 2000 to 2100 mAh.
What more do you want? Who is looking for good batteries, which I can highly recommend this one!
