The blood is beautiful thick and if you let it just run from a wound, it looks genuine. The color is in my opinion well made (see picture). In order to let the wound and the blood act more real I would refine the wound opening even with black eye shadow and dark red lipstick.
I would buy it there again, but this bottle I'll probably still use the next few years. Enough for a bloodbath)
