It's happened to me as the previous speakers: The first attempts led to no useful result, because the instructions are incomplete. Send an email to Berger & Schröter, and within a few hours was a very friendly reply-mail with the PDF detailed instructions (4 pages of text incl. 5 photos). Your some of what is in the Quick Start Guide is missing. But with the information from the two together, I had what I needed. Henceforth, the machine was working properly, just as described. Yes, you have to practice a bit, but also points out the instructions. Conclusion: A good machine, excellent service, but not (yet?) Resolved not a complete guide.
