Errored product in combination with Bitdefender and expensive Support

Now to Quicken 2015, the company Lexware. Some times it managed the software actually normal to start, but then acknowledged Quicken 2015 start with the error message "Server is busy". That will almost certainly related to the Lexware Info Service, the well-studied for updates. SP1 is installed, recent product updates are not available. An internet search revealed I'm not alone. Well how nice. A call to the free Quicken Installation Hotline revealed please call the hotline for paid 1.24 euros per minute at. Yeah, the product appears to have bugs and still nice earn on the support money. After a computer restart Quicken starts then the way back, which should not go unmentioned. But I do not ever start my machine just because Quicken it would have liked.

A software which is not always ready for use and a support of even demanded money for the removal of defects, deserves, in my view only one star.

Update: So, after further research on the internet seems the Bitdefender antivirus software, but probably ZoneAlarm to have their hands in the game. Whether that actually is now up to the antivirus software, or even quiches, I can not say unfortunately. When in doubt, it pushes everyone on the other. The only possibility is currently probably add an exception when Bitdefender: "C: \ Program Files (x86) \ Lexware \ Update Service \ Hmg.InstallationService.Service.exe". Thus, my review is based on the combination of Quicken 2015 and Bitdefender!
