This product has saved my life ... I had for years a lot of hard disk lying around. it allowed me to recover all my data easily and cheaply. Today it serves as my backup. I TRANSERT and regular and timely data from my PC to a backup HDD. Little mention for the service is perfect. Power is indeed broke down after 2 weeks, which can happen. After three email exchanges a new power supply was shipped (I expect) So compared to others or must be returned by mail, wait, send the invoice, pay postage ... here I note 5 / 5 for the service.
