In a Sony Alpha 580 DSLR Camera the 40 Sec needs to the previously filled RAWbildern buffer is emptied.
In other card that lasts only 22 seconds.

CrystalDiskMark with standard card reader without UHS-support:

Random Write 4KB (QD = 32): 1,015 MB / s [247.7 IOPS]

Test: 50 MB [G: 0.0% (0.0 / 14.9 GB)] (x1)

Possibly the card brings with it but actually the specified performance in UHS-I devices.
