Finally an explanation, scientifically sound, why we are not to blame if we can not stop eating. It's the hormones! And more importantly, how we bring back in order. It tells about the rhythm of hormones. If you look like a wild animal in the kitchen for food constantly, then this book is the explanation and the solution.

The book is well explained, very convincing, and even more compelling: the results. After 12 days of this diet, I have no more Heißhungerattaken. And I can very well now "resist" eating. I bought the book after seeing the author in Youtube, with its 5 rules of leptin diet. I've seen it, I tried it, it worked. Then I wanted to know why. I ordered the book and am very happy (I have a big "collection" of diminishing books now, but not really helped me, not hit the core).

This is not a diet. It shows how we can get more energy from less food.
It is important WHAT we eat and when we eat to compensate for the play of hormones again.

Here are the 5 rules:
1. NEVER snacking after dinner. At least 11-12 hours between dinner and breakfast. To dinner at least 3 hrs. In front of bedtime.

2. only three meals a day. Between 5-6 hours. NOT SNACK between! No sugar drinks! Our metabolism is not created in order to cope with permanent nibble. The snack comes from own liver (glucagon).

3. Not to large meals. Attempt to end the Malzeit before you "full" are, then when you "almost full" are. (Even if it does not work immediately, stay tuned). Eat slowly, the brain takes about 20 min. To register that we're full.

4. The breakfast should contain protein.

5. Reduces carbohydrates (no possible sugar, little or no wheat).
Use the 50% 50% Technology: Look the food on your plate: you must see a portion of proteins, the size (and thickness) as your hand, and a serving of KH as big as your hand, so a visual 50% -50% , No calorie counting. Vegetables to quantity as desired.
