Cooking is good, and the result is expected that I did not like, unable to remove plaque for washing The lack of insulation in the plancha, be careful to support, not polish table, no plastic tablecloth etc etc ... Fat splashes can lodge in the interstices of the plate (or to the interests of the removability)
