even for this price simply to poor quality

Now I have again read through the 5-star reviews and found that in fact rarely something is predicated on the scan quality of the scanner.
Only: That the device well packed, quick to set up and is really easy to use, can be quickly irrelevant if the device fails of its essential purpose.

The attached picture shows the quality of the scanner, compared to a scanned with an inexpensive flatbed scanners photo. Both images have been scanned with the same resolution and the examples show a greatly enlarged section of the same photos.

On the left side you can see well, proceed as extremely lost in the scan of the DS-02, the colors and details of the photo. On one hand, I doubt that given in the technical description 5 megapixels will be achieved by this device, on the other hand even if: make the compression used would even possibly existing quality latest naught when storing.
