A heart rate monitor with this functionality and built-in GPS - incredible!
But now the Ultra Sport NavRun 500th
It would be pointless to list here all the features again, this can be best seen earlier in the product description.
The NavRun 500 is attractive and well packaged, therefore, a fairly good manual in German, software CD, etc. is included.
The clock of the menu can be completely in the rest in German set.
The NavRun has a stylish casing is not too large, and can be worn comfortably on my wrist 18cm.
Hard to believe when you consider how much technology is in it.
It is also relatively easy and the bracelet leaves a perfectly appropriate setting to.
Workmanship and quality are very good impression.
Despite its many possibilities is the NavRun, for something "training period", but relatively simple and straightforward to use.
It works very well and can actually nothing to be desired.
The GPS functions has been much written, I personally would like to once again mention the interaction with Google Earth.
Relatively easy it is to start at the beginning of a tour of the GPS mode.
This is also the distance covered on the clock permanently displayed.
Upon completion of the tour you simply closes the clock on the PC and start a data transfer to the software.
Here then the entire itinerary will be displayed, including the difference in height, speed, time and also the supposed calorie consumption.
For the calorie consumption and personal data (gender, age, weight) are stored in the clock.
Then you can easily transfer by double-clicking the tour in Google Earth, this is then displayed right there exactly with the start and finish point - I personally think it's always great.
As for the calorie consumption; it can be in the clock, the type of sporting activity set.
So the NavRun 500 distinguishes whether one driven wheel, for example, hiked, jogged, etc..
Settings can be in the rest of the clock itself or make (with connected clock) via the software / PC.
In addition to the display of the clock in the GPS can "program" mode.
Ie. It can even be determined what the clock is to (in 3 lines) shown on the display.
So you can eg. As in the 1st line, the distance traveled, to display the travel time on the 2nd line and the current speed in the 3rd row.
In bicycle mode you do not even need such a bicycle speedometer.
The current speed is then determined by means of GPS signal (very accurately, even in decimal values).
On the 1st glance I found something unusual that the clock frequently needs to be charged (battery).
But when you consider that as an integrated GPS receiver has a clear power consumption, which is of course understandable.
The battery in the chest strap can move very easily, which is not solved so well with all Pulse fair stirring.
Conclusion:
Price / performance are very good at NavRun 500.
The relative ease of use, short learning phase and to ensure correct operation are a clear advantage.
The many possibilities of this "heart rate monitor" for me are always great, so good I did not imagined!
