I am well lately, including the camera into a river (s *** happens!), A good piece was there several times for a few seconds or so underwater.
Initially nothing went. After two or three days draining battery and reload it began to twitch. After four days, everything went back, only the monitor was still Quark and false colors, but also has recovered. Meanwhile, everything works as before and also the memory cards have survived, the images are all still there.
What I call quality!
The only permanent damage: The autofocus of the lens (18-200 ED) wanted no more.
Update: The AF servo motor of the lens is croaked through the immersion bath. Repairs carried out within a few days by the Nikon service. So all good.
