My model is down every few days irregularly. This was reflected by the fact that the SIM was no longer recognized and helped only a reboot of the device. For seniors not very practical, that must be repeatedly seen daily on the unit, if it can still be actively used.
Since the basic function is therefore not met, only one star. Other functions have arrived quite well in the first test. I have now decided for the Emporia Talk Comfort and got after a year use a positive feedback.
