Everything OK except one

Property me 5 CAT ordered 7 patch cables that were delivered on time.
Unfortunately, I realized the connection on the splitter that the cable with 25 cm bit short and stubborn when were embarrassed.
Ultimately, my mistake.
What was, however, surprised me that one did not work out of the 5 supplied patch cable. Was clearly localized by to check. Since I have only 4 cables in operation, this is not further tragic, but a bit annoying.
As I said 25 cm length between splitter and distributors are probably not recommended.
