I have the cooler today exchanged for my elderly Coolermaster cooler. Of formerly almost 60 degrees with my Athlon X2 6000+, I am now at 32 degrees at idle and under full load at 38 degrees. The noise is really perfect and nothing compared to my predecessor. The cooler I can really recommend it, because unbeatable at this price.
