However, if the pure image counts, like me, is "Clouding" a problem, what can be really nasty. My first instrument was so strong spots in the corners, that each film enjoyment was destroyed; in dark scenes I could look anywhere other than on the bright milky spots. Therefore escalated over Samsung, and only after I became quite seriously angry, Samsung has pity on and off "goodwill" ("Say 'goodwill' once again!") Replaced the panel. There the Clouding is somewhat lower and some distributed - I will now live with it. I am happy with it but very, very limited. But as long as the films are bright, the problem is not really to see. But there are plenty of dark films or film locations ...
After the bad experience with Samsung and the experience that even a replacement panel is not seriously better and other similar experiences reported (at Hifi-Forum.de you find this multiple threads incl. Photos), I may by this device in sum therefore actually only advise, unless the device with much side lighting one uses (either in daylight (it does not matter) or other light sources, but should not reflect on the surface).
Except for this - unfortunately for me: significant - flaw certainly "not bad" or better. Without Clouding and considering the price it would be 5 stars, with Clouding and my experiences rather 2. Because I know that individual devices are also better, I leave it at times 3 stars. But he who fears Clouding, should this device make rather a bow.
