Excellent flash

Since Canon calls astronomical prices for their flashes, I bought this flash.
The quality is ausergewöhnlich well, not a typical unpleasant smell of cheap plastic. He feels crisp and reasonably impact resistant.
The compatibility is excellent, in my EOS 50D, I can control the flash completely via the camera menu. It is contrary to the Speedlite 430 EX, Master Capable, which means it can both optically control other flashes wirelessly. (Unfortunately for the old radio protocol, we are currently in the system changes and it is no longer by radio with the new 600 EX Canon and Yongnuo compatible)
All in all, it has all the features the classy Canon flashes even offer, for an unbeatable price. Some disadvantages are but I noticed:

- Manual only on uneven English and Chinese. For ease of use enough, but when it comes to issues such as grouping of slave flashes do not really helpful. However, should this tutorial help on the Internet, because the principle is always the same.

-The Flash does not recognize that it is pivoted and adjusted to account for the reflector, which makes no sense. The Canon Speedlite recognize this and take a wider angle. Simply this, the diffusion plate pull a few Millimerter without flip down it, then he remains in wide angle

- The basic settings of the flash are very cryptic abbreviated to decipher without guidance hardly. Since you usually but take this step only once, no real disadvantage.

-With my Canon G11 all images are heavily underexposed, as opposed to my 50D, at everything fits. At the G11 the flash does not need, however, it's just occurred to me.

Otherwise, the flash is outstanding, you can hardly ask for more.

However, un you can not say it differently, it is a rather brazen copy of Canon Speedlites is. Possibly Canon should also times to rethink their pricing policy, or at least their price / performance ratio. I am willing to pay more for a brand name product, but not the functionality to have 5 times this Yongnuos.
