This griddle is super good quality, simple to use and really easy to maintain (by hand or in the dishwasher).
We tested upon receipt. We cooked meats and vegetables for 11 people with no problem.
The system of two plates separated, each with a thermostat is very well designed, it can cook meat for example requiring higher temperature on a plate and vegetables to lower temperature on the other.
Too bad there is not a small book of recipes included, considering the price of the device could be offered!
