I need the camera around from time to time to look at my times abgehangende wooden ceiling in the bathroom and to check whether any mold ensteht or has arisen. In other words, I need it in complete darkness between wooden ceiling and roof insulation. I remove a temporary installation of installed ceiling spotlights, and prepare me as an access into the gap.
To look inside there, an endoscopic camera is the ideal tool.
To detect mold well, it had to definitely be a color picture and I needed an integrated
Lighting. Professional endoscope cameras industry but are priceless and I need them indeed at long intervals, therefore had a favorable variant ago.
The camera works excellent workmanship, the gooseneck is absolutely stable and keeps the set position, so do not become self-employed on their own! The images of the camera are wonderful for my purposes, I could totally see everything and there was no self-fades on the front glass of the camera as in other low-cost models (allegedly) should occur. The 4 (!) LEDs provide a completely adequate lighting, as I said, I have looked in complete darkness and with the LEDs, it was daylight again :). Only the handle is just simple plastic but it works! On him even a button is available with which you can save screenshots; very awesome!
Of course, no FullHD Camera delivers 1920p image that can probably also not expected for 20 EUR. The image looks a bit grisselig but not pixelated! I used the camera to my 15 "notebook and switched to full screen and it was perfect! :)
I operate the camera under Windows7 32-bit. The camera sent by Plug and Play detects and immediately installed the drivers for the display de video image and for making screen shots and video recordings a small but fine software is included. However, it can of course also be used any other arbitrary capture software.
Long story short: An absolute buy recommendation for DIY and craftsmen (notebook should be available for mobile use).
