Being a product from Samsung, the fit is perfect, nothing is partially hidden or shifted, the cuts are very precise and burr-free, and for those who wonder, house exceeds a small millimeter at the screen which protects it when the phone is placed upside down. The S Pen is very easily accessible, large fingers will have no problem to get it out of the slot. The house is easily assembled and disassembled, no need to spend five minutes there as some really nice houses and protects the phone with gray edges that are done in a softer plastic and absorbent than the white part. Dailleurs the junction between these two parts is impeccable, I have found no fault either inside or outside. The cutout for the charger is quite wide, allowing you to connect a little bigger than normal chargers. As for the buttons, they are perfectly in front, no complaints the above either. The logos "Samsung" and "Galaxy Note II" at the back seem to hold well at the moment (it's been a month since I have), they have resisted jeans pockets, to see on the duration however. There, I think, two small flats, nothing insurmountable by against: first, the white plastic of the shell is quite slippery, so if you have a little wet fingers, the phone will slide slowly, forcing you to hold the bottom with a finger; Then, the external junction between the gray and white has a small groove of a millimeter wide and shallow, in itself, I think it's pretty, but it gets dirty just because of not always clean hands, and that n is not very easy to clean. So nothing alarming, but it deserves attention. One last thing, so I decided to make this house is that it does not replace rear shell of the phone unlike the house "Flip Flop" (I think that's it, I'm not sure) from Samsung, so when we want to remove it, the phone is full. So overall a great product from Samsung, very robust, sober, well that will protect your Note II. I highly recommend it. Hope this have helped you.
