I was impressed by this little device, of very high quality materials! No problems with delivery. When I received the drive I realized that I need a micro SIM adapter, and here is the SURPRISE, micro and nano adapters are included !!! Also in the box there are instructions so I downloaded the software from the link note on the form. The installation was quick. It also installs drivers for the reader. Inserting and removing the SIM card can be a can difficult, but the link you find on the instructions opens a video that shows how to do so I have not had problems. Also the reader will flash when you plug it in and you can say that it works! I was able to change my contacts and store them on my computer and transfer them to another SIM card. I am very satisfied with my purchase, it does exactly what it's supposed to do! I highly recommend it !!! 5 stars from me
