Excellent service device but not great.

I bought a 612 DORO for me there almost a year at Orange. Particularly satisfied I bought a second one for my wife at Amazon. Curiously in the Amazon box was twice as large and especially accompanied by a handy wrist strap and a true manual. No particular problem to set the SMS & MMS for a package at Free. It has a good battery life as mine hold a charge 17 days without any problem. I hope the second will do the same. Very satisfied with the use I am not a senior so far.

On 28 May 2015, I tested the Bluetooth function, I realized that I could not send a file. For several days I have tested everything and I'm not a novice in computer and cellphone but there I dry. Especially since my first phone DORO 612 bluetooth works great. With the same setting one works the other not.
Last solution support. They asked me to give the software version of the phone that does not work and for more than new for a week. Will they meet me one day despite my reminders?

I'll let you know for the future, if there is one.
