excellent quality, although our 23 month baby weighs 13 kg, I chose the size 14-17 kg. This is perfect! my little son was able to enjoy our swimming pool without worry, no problem, 0 leak! I also bought the small shirt long sleeve matching UV, we had a very cute and well protected ESPECIALLY little blue fish.
