I bought these multiport Charger for the office to my now very numerous devices to there at the same time and easily load.
Optical is the EasyAcc relatively unspectacular. He is about cigarette box size and has a pleasant silky-matt surface. This appears at first glance high quality finish, this might not have to feel a special-Giftmix from China in his hand. There are also no "nasty" emanations determine.
The weight of the separate power cord is something 180g, making it so so just be described as fully suitable for mobile use.
The Charger fits snugly on the desk, which I have already experienced differently in similar devices. However, I personally missing rubber feet to the whole thing to make non-slip.
In the package are a manual, power supply and charger. A micro-USB charging cable is not present, what I think is a pity given the intended use. Not everyone has to load a suitable cable is available to its smartphones or tablets, especially if the original device has a power plug is firmly connected to the charger cable.
During operation of the charger EasyAcc I could neither noise nor a special heat generation even notice conspicuous odors. I am very sensitive on the issue since I recently on the highway with 2 young children in a baggage car charger is flared in the truest sense of the word. I do not want to experience again and EasyAcc charger seems to do a good job here.
There is no on / off switch, the operation is indicated by a small blue LED.
An appreciable standby power consumption I could not find my Brennenstuhl meter. In any case, it is less than 1 Watt in my measurement. Exemplary!
As with my old anchor device the 5 ports are still in dedicated, because they provide different charging currents
Port 1 & 2 put on the left side each 1 A ready, the middle and the two right 1.2A each as described above maximum 2.4A.
The big difference to my previous anchor device is intended to be the intelligent charging electronics in the device according EasyAcc.
Here goes it's probably simple matter to provide to a port to charging current, which is just perfect for each connected device. In addition there will be a handshake between the two devices and optimally the charger then feeds the customers with the requested load values.
Of the total of 5 ports, however, are equipped according to the description only the two right with double-Power symbol over this function. These are also the ports with the maximum charging current of 2.4A, which is intended for tablets and high-end smartphones.
I find this a bit strange because it is also clearly stated in the manual that all 5 ports are universal and can be loaded so that virtually all devices. The added value of this "intelligent charging technology" can not open up to me so anyway. You can attach any device so without concern to each port, then what is the benefit of the two right ports except the higher charging current?
Perhaps EasyAcc this can sometimes explain in the FAQ?
For the actual store:
Of course you can not purely look in the electronics but I easily loaded four devices simultaneously with the EasyAcc and all were so loaded as I am used to from the original chargers.
In sum I was almost completely convinced that EasyAcc 40W charger.
I find the described "mess" with the ports but so unnecessary and confusing that I do not quite full marks but still very good 4 stars awarded to the product (4.5 is not, unfortunately).
