From my first appointment (10) were 8 defective. Unfortunately, not bought at Amazon, but with a third party on Amazon, I decided to process the warranty on Philips Austria directly.
Since the next shock: the contact of the consumer services (here you get assigned a ticket number) was concluded within a short time - if it were items of "professional lighting solutions," here may be to contact the trader - Philips can not help. Great.
The Philips office in the immediate vicinity, the packed 8 defective lamps and Philips office. There, someone took from the sales department to the problems, promised the lamps to test - such a defect is not known - and to report back.
Shortly afterwards the feedback: all 8 lamps were to be defective confirmed me would be sent to replace him. So far so good, get delivered within a very short time 8 Replacement Lamps - but:
of the 8 replacement lamps had 5 the same defect. Some off after 20 seconds for 1 second off, others consider 20 minutes, there were already copies here, which managed more than two hours, but then here also: 1 second dark, then light again.
Meanwhile I have arrived at the fourth exchange cycle with Philips, currently there are two of the 10 lamps subject to this defect.
What I learn from this:
1) buy directly from Amazon (as I would the lamps long to get rid of)
2.) this lighting solution from Philips is only recommended for those who bring a lot of patience, and not shy away from a marathon Exchange.
When the lamps run properly, they give a beautiful, warm, almost completely radiating light. However, the probability is low.
Philips light comes to me because of this experience is no longer in the house, a group of this size should have a reasonable quality control run on, and not make the consumer to product testers.
