External DVD player for netbook and Co!

Connect and go. The player runs on USB 3.0, u. USB 2.0 properly without additional power supply. To my mind, the player also runs fairly quiet. Toll find the possibility of connection to TV u. Tab (assuming there are USB ports available) also without power supply. The player is properly processed u. Looks with brushed finish also super. One problem, however, is preparing once again namely WIN 8. That will not play DVD videos !!! With WIN 7 no problem! Even the VLC player plays under WIN 8 no DVD video! But for that the player can nix. For me again one more reason to delete this stupid OS. The player gets to me in any case full points !!! :-)
