Here are probably the most complete book, the most poignant and most useful written on the subject. Nothing is forgotten everything is described in great detail, in a perfect style and punctuated with testimonials, which makes extremely pleasant reading. Moreover, it is one of the few books written "from within" by a decidedly brilliant person, not a "professional" self-declared outside this problem. This does, however, prevent the author to be more pragmatic than most of the books written on the subject, offering more varied, numerous and effective ways to successfully manage the challenges and make the most of the potential of HQI. Completeness, pragmatism and pleasant style make this book a benchmark in the field, alongside that of Jeanne-Siaud Facchin! Congratulations.
