After my Netgear WNR3500 router has already come into the years, I thought it would be time for a new device.

I wavered between the Nighthawk from Netgear and the Asus RT-AC68U and have then decided on the Asus device, because I'm very happy with my Asus ROG Rampage IV Formula Motherboard - especially the update cycle for firmware is in my opinion Asus after very well.

The GUI is very clear and you adjust everything your heart desires.

Until now I did not have a crash - which is yet occurred when Netgear at times every now and then.

The router is extremely fast - often use multiple devices simultaneously and even wired 1-2 devices via wifi and you realize no speed penalty for any of the equipment used.

The range is also very good - goes smoothly through several walls.

All in all, I would buy the device immediately.
