The Intel Core i7 4790K spoke to me primarily because of the new Haswell system architecture and for the base clock of 4,0GHz. Via Turbo it brings the 4-Kerner on 4,4GHz, which are ideally suited for the demanding gaming. Since I do not have contacts, I can not say anything about the overclocking potential. I have built a new system with a 16GB DDR3 RAM and 2 gigabytes GTX770 in SLI. This combination allows watchdogs to 1920 * 1080 play with 60fps at maximum details. However, one must mention to the the boxed cooler sufficient for demanding gaming NOT. The stock cooler does not manage the i7 sufficient to cool and after a few minutes (for me it was when watchdogs so) the PC turns off. A good combination would be the BeQuiet! Shadow Rock Slim, this is always sufficient, encounters when overclocking but its limits.
