the article of my "previous speaker" I find it very good and extensive. However, I would like to add a little something.
Many buyers from Chainglider have the problem that the chain, especially the chain lock loops. Therefore, I have the chain Connex worried me 7Z1 Wippermann.
This necklace is very narrow and has a special master link which is not wider than the rest of the chain.
I drive the combination 38/16 teeth and am peace itself fully with the Chainglider. The installation I could completely do without tools within 10 minutes, in front of the packing station, where I picked up the package. Is my first Chainglider sunning it would probably have gone faster, the concept makes a very good, mature impression.
Grinding noises are minimal and I hope thus to better schüzten the chain before the aggressive road salt in winter.
That part is good as has often not mentioned for derailleurs.

Addendum: I drive in almost any weather bike, in rain, snow and ice. After several kilometers in bad weather and in the winter I have to adjust my mind a little. That part is certainly good for those who drive less, but not really suitable for continuous use. For me, the part has unfortunately proven to be absolute dirt & road salt case. I had after winter downright thick salt chunk in Chainglider and the chain was much stronger rusted (I naturally every year a new one) than in previous years without.
Therefore, from 5 down to 4 points fixed. The concept I find still great, but with limitations.
