The main reason why I am so disappointed, lies in the size of the backpack. These should be said that I ordered 2 packs. For my brother a 'normal' with 20 liters for everyday use, while I was looking for a conscious with a larger volume, because I quite often carrying around a lot with me.
Then I had this backpack with a (specified) by volume of 40 liters, despite the (in my opinion) rather less attractive color, just right. All the more frightened I was when I then get him today. Because although this backpack should have twice as much volume as the others, he does not. I would even go so far as to say that in the other bag would fit more - it had not tried (For comparison: this is the 20L backpack, also ordered from Amazon and retain satisfaction to the fullest: - if links are not allowed, please remove the link)
Visually seemed the outdoor backpack (here, when comparing the figures) significantly roomier. Although the height of both about the same, but this appears due to its shape - probably mainly because of side pockets - as a considerably broader. And this is evident even in comparison to the width (40cm in this - at 20l backpack, however only 30cm). If you would but take the width of the backpack without outside pockets, one would come to around 30cm.
On top of that the inner material of the large compartments is so rigid that these subjects have not storage space than the 'simple' backpack (the material is not stretchy and are not to appear and not very durable).
The fact that this backpack has more pockets / compartments, it does not benefit here. De small side pockets have together rather less than 1 liter capacity and must take into account (as with any backpack) in the major subjects that the filling of the has a compartment means that significantly less space in the other, resulting in a higher number of majors no larger volume means allows at most a better distribution of smaller objects.
And besides, the footprint of the 20L backpack is on top is larger than the one that has this - clearly visible! And that is also an indication that this backpack certainly neither more volume than the 20 liter model, let alone twice as much (possibly as much).
Therefore, I suspect that in the determination of the total volume, the (approximate) actual total was determined not, but the volume of each bag were added together (which in practical terms does not make sense, because it would never actually fit so much into such a backpack).
When I then placed it again, it looked like I was wearing a children's backpack (also to adjust the shoulder straps). While this may be subjective feeling, but I think it is highly questionable that the same model of a male person to fit with dress size 58/60 (I was able to at the launch of a grin Ablicks resist not).
Also, no blanking panels are placed on the zippers, which could prevent the penetration of water. Because of this, the backpack also not particularly suitable for use in bad weather would geegnet. Since I have not tried out this myself, I can in this respect only refer to other reviews, this pick.
CONCLUSION:
This backpack is not for someone who is actually a spacious backpack me looking a little more storage space (to be noted that, for example. A laptop seen alone now consumes really not much space). The backpack has at best average volume. For more than just transporting a few (smaller) objects he is therefore not recommended (in my opinion).

"Demanding outdoor enthusiasts, walkers, cyclists" who want to foul weather gear and take their tours, catering etc., "as well as pupils and students" who rumschleppen a lot of books, notebooks and other teaching materials with them will quickly be in lack of space.
While the lack of information is easy to cope with the netting material in the back area, the obvious misrepresentation of the size is definitely unacceptable. Especially since he consequently as for (longer) outdoor activities is highlighted suitable.
BUT:
In accordance with an appropriate name and provided with complete and accurate information, this would be a quite attractive product for anyone who has a use for a bag of this size and of this volume, because the quality of the material is really nothing to complain about in itself.
