The delivery itself (my first major unit of Amazon) was without any problems and is carried out after 3 days. The forwarding staff were very friendly and have transported the machine to the desired location.
Installation, connection and commissioning were carried myself without any problems. Only the transport locks must be removed with a wrench. The locking screws are made of very soft metal, so that when the screw hexagonal head was damaged (despite the appropriate size of the key !!). This screw I was able to remove only with pliers. But that was about the only bit of a challenge.
The German manual is sufficiently detailed. Thus, the first drum cleaning run was smooth and the subsequent use of the washing programs as well.
The noise level is very low. This enables the device to the time delay also run at night without any problems.
But what is generally important: the duration of the washing programs is significantly longer than in my old washing machine (15 years old) - depending on the program brauchts 2 to 3.5 hours for a run.
To the extent, however, confirmed by Stiftung Warentest for all fuel-efficient new models. Here demands of water reduction by longer soft and wash times take their toll.
If the device is now running even at least 5 years (3-person family + pets) without problems was the decision to buy considering the price in any case properly.
