I am begeisert! Crèpes Never before have I been so successful. I need virtually no fat (I water the pan easily with a rag soaked in oil silicone brush), dough in, call (for the first time without any problems, nothing to bake), just great! However, I have found that the crepes are done better if the pan is not quite as hot. I have little chance of the dough to "distribute" if the pan is very hot. With medium or moderate heat succeeds best of all with me. I drop a little bit longer in the pan they are the crepes nicely browned, I take them out early, they stay nice and bright. Who loves pancakes / crepes, is at the right place! From me there is Note 1!
