I highly recommend this light fully. A lack of illumination of the lower part of the screen I can not confirm, on the contrary. The screen is evenly lit and pleasant. The light is pure white, the contrast of the display is maintained. The second (lighter) level I previously had not yet use. The Kindle is still in one hand preserved with attached light, but durable to read so is likely to be too strenuous for the wrist. The cone of light is beautiful and limited to regulate well through the joint. It is definitely not a problem so disturbing in an otherwise completely dark room for the eye fatigue without reading the bed neighbor. The battery of the lamp seems to be quite durable, I had my Kindle itself previously estimated four or five times Load (ergo several books) and the brightness of the lamp so far does not seem to have abated.
For "cross-readers": The lamp can also be laterally fixed to the Kindle, then hidden but the button to scroll.
