Fast but unusable.

I am impressed by this concentration of technology. The Asus T200TA is beautiful, well finished, fast ignition BUT it is unusable because its keyboard is sorely lacking in the Numlock key. I could never go beyond my general password as the keyboard is to "freeze" or automatically configures as if the keys were UIOPJKLM a numeric keypad. I spent hours searching the forums. The problem is sometimes mentioned but I have not found a reliable solution.
I contacted telephonically SAV Asus. I was offered a couple of key combinations but nothing happens. My copy remains unusable except in tablet mode.
