Delivery promptly, but a port from the switch was broken. Complained immediately and the replacement was delivered two days later and was also technically correct. The two 5-port Sitches from Netgear are reliable and fully meet their purpose. Return deliveries via DHL at Amazon are correctly controlled, the marketplace can, however, look very different.
