Toller, flat shoe for the faster units. Finally a 0-blowing of K-Swiss! The relatively hard sole (without torsion-bridge) you have a great impression. I run it without the insoles, because me these are too soft. For midfoot or forefoot perfect for beginners or heel runners I would advise in this shoe, for the time being settle with short distances. Who "on air" would run, should leave it alone! Is now (almost) my favorite shoe!
