I received a first (for connecting PC - Hard Drive). Unable to access my hard drive, eject, or turning off the PC, repeating bugs ... After testing with another cable, I deduced that the problem was or my pc or the USB port or my external hard drive.
Thinking simply be dropped on an exception, I asked for a trade.
The cable received in exchange was also just as defective as the first.
I asked the customer service Amazon what I should do, and they told me that the problem was clearly more extensive than they thought and that therefore they could not send me to do a third to risk it as defective. I will be repaid when they have received my second home.
I find myself without this cable, I needed with either choice without it, or choose to order another but paying a delivery charge (avoided during the first control by taking advantage of buy many things, but I have no need of anything on the site at the moment).
It's a shame because it seemed good.
