After about a year of use, this headset which certainly has a great sound, has a bad contact and produces the sound from one side. This problem seems to spread this model, shame to the manufacturer for a product at this price. It should tweak the 6.5mm jack plug for the sound of two sides. In fact the huge Achilles heel of this helmet is slightly too small diameter of its 6.35mm jack that prevents good contact at each cylinder brassy R and L in the jack.
