Features of the CGV Premio ST5

The "twin tuner" characteristics displayed by Amazon (at the time of my purchase) for CGV Premio ST5 had motivated my purchase. Disappointment at the facility because it is not a "twin tuner" adapter. A "twin tuner" device can record one channel while watching a different channel. This is the first time I encounter an issue with Amazon. So I ask that devices feature checks are at least carried out before starting a display. Although Amazon's customer service has behaved as it should (reimbursement), I still ended up keeping the unit that was offered (which was not expected) to a family member who was about to acquire a "simple tuner." In summary this was not a good buy for me. I found another adapter on ebay, but a real "twin tuner". All this said, Amazon remains one of the best if not the best shopping site with confidence the Net.
