I have a 56 dress size as the shirt and I've bought in the size XL. It is the first time try a little tight, but you get used to it quickly. It does not make much slimmer, but keeps jiggling body parts in the right place! I'm going to have to buy one, possibly in the size L, as it considers could be etwaxs close my yet.
