Finally a functioning Lightning cable!

Why you need an additional cable Lightning is probably clear to everyone. A cable has never given me, because it's usually never there where you need it straight. That is why I, for example, a cable on bedside table, an office and a car. So I've just about anywhere a loading facility where I most often am staying.

Why not buy a charger cable from Apple?
Simply because the price / performance ratio is not right.

Of course, I like many of you already bought Lightning cable in China. So far I have not regretted any of these purchases after a short time. Either the cable is not recognized and approved by the Apple hardware, or the quality is not sufficient and the cable goes after a short time broken.

"Those who buy cheap buy twice" applies as always with these purchases to China. So but buy an original Apple cable, or there are alternatives? We therefore now come to test this Lightning Kabesl of RAVPower :-)

The RAV Lightning cord is different from the processing and the optical ago hardly the original Apple cable. On the Lightning connector a small "RAVPower" is printed. In general, the cable looks very solid processed.

I have tested the cable with a mini iPad 2, an iPad 4 and iPhone 6.
Charging has just so long as the original cable from Apple. Similarly, in the data transfer speed, I could not tell the difference from the original.
So far, the cable has been detected each time and also a firmware update in use with this cable was successfully performed.

If you consider that an original Apple Lightning cable currently costs 19,90 Euro is the cable of RAVPower a real bargain, and especially the price.

The Guarantee / Warranty:

The manufacturer promises the cable if defective within the first 12 months to exchange them for a new cable and if one is registered, the warranty extension of 6 months.

Criticism & Conclusion:

Who does not want to risk with a cheap China charging cable to purchase a product that does not work properly or at worst even risked the connected device to ruin, which was to acquire a quality product. Of course you can buy an original Apple charging cable - do not have to but. For half of the original price you get here from RAVPower a Lightning cable, which has been recognized always fine with me, safe to use and is super processed. From me, then a buy recommendation!
