I have an extremely solid beard, why shaving is a dry shaver with me a difficult proposition. Previously I used a Philips, but that made my skin in the long run not having, also me very often grew a hair. About 2 years ago I reproduced a dry shaver a chance: Braun Series 5 In short beard reasonably ok, but once it was a bit longer, I spent 10 minutes shaving and was afterwards bright red. So the Series 5 only "occasionally" used and back to wet shaving.

In short, I am thrilled. First shave was a 4-day beard, the Series 5 not less than 10 minutes and a lot of pain. With the Series 9 I had come through without any problems under 5 minutes. Slight redness on the neck, which then also disappeared after further regular use.
I use the Series 9 now daily'm done in 2-3 minutes, my skin does not make any problems. The razor I use only for the area of Kotte Latvians that goes so much easier than with the mini-trimmer.
For this, the good battery gauge, with which one can estimate time that you have to the charger again (with me for the first time after about 3 weeks) and convenient cleaning under the tap round the really great appliance well. And the wall bracket, which I had bought 5 unit for the Series, still fits. :)
