After some tests I have now installed this Spots in my living room. Unlike some other LED spotlights, this does not blind and acts similar to a halogen spotlight. The color temperature is well suited for the living room's.
Can be controlled perfectly with the Eltako EUD61NPN-UC dimmer.
In short: at last an acceptable (for my wife) alternative to halogen spots.
