With me is the graphics card too close to the PCI-E connector. Thanks to this extension, I was finally able again Connect a sound card. The cable is in a new version delivered where the Plug is barely higher than the cable itself. It's not like in the picture but is divided into two parts in a by and is black. Disturbances or anything negative I can report nothing. :-) All users which can arrive there on the mm I recommend the cable.
