The 350 looks very chic in piano finish, but this also attracts fingerprints - but do not bother me really, a FB is to be handled as it. The device using the Logitech PC software works perfectly. If you want to prove your own keys and you have to complete the setup once and then make the change this. In initial setup, only 08/15 settings are taken.
Contrary to the impression of the guidance the favorites buttons can be assigned not only to TV broadcasters, but also any other function. I z. B. to put the missing Teletext button on the TV "favorite 1" and the favorite channel to "favorite 3". The Teletext function I could with my 4 year old LG TV not assign directly, but this had to "teach" about the old FB, but a matter of max. 1 Min was.. Sometimes the functions that you can not control the device are 100% clear, as it is to try short. But was not a problem, then a few minutes simply takes more time. What I have not yet hinbekommen the "TV" key so to prove that the TV is switched on always set to Cable Tuner (regardless of the input source when switching off). Regardless, do not bother me further - but if someone has a tip I would be happy. Gratifying from my perspective, the longer range is compared to my LG FB. Very good I also like that I can adjust that z. B. If I use the Blu-ray player does not change the volume of the volume on the TV FB but the high-fidelity receiver (as I always BD in connection with use ). You can adjust freely.
What is there to criticize? At the moment I do not really fall only slightly unfavorable position of the numerical keypad (which is probably the many keys is owed) and the somewhat small on / off switch at the upper right edge. Would have wished that this is the size of the TV buttons and is positioned on the top right. Schön would have been if the long pressing device buttons will be different signals (eg orange instead of green as well), so you know you have chosen device 2 on the key.
For me, the FB works with all my devices, even with an approximately 14-year-old Harman / Kardon CD player and my Xbox 360 console.
Currently, I am very satisfied with the FB and glad to have more space on my coffee table (4 Mach 1). The price-performance ratio is very good for my taste. Have not missed the 650 previously the display.
Positives:
- Elegant look
- Quick setup with Logitech software
- Individual key assignments
- Control volume unit 1 and unit 2 for other functions without switching
- Higher yield than standard remote control
Negative (or less positive):
- Small on / off button
- A bit inconvenient positioned numeric keypad
- No differentiation of the lighting device key if unit 2 has been selected (see above)
- Emphasis could be slightly better chosen.
PS: always on synchronization (button at top right) click before you can use changes, "save" these changes only stores in the setup software, but not in the FB there!
