Finally top - Update II 20141025

I have also bought the repeater to my NETGEAR WNCE4004 replace. This has completely trouble-free work to AVM the firmware update has distributed 6:11. Since then, the image at ENTERTAIN freezes well with me. Upon request, the AVM Support (after all, who has responded relatively quickly) if a downgrade is possible there was unfortunately a negative information. The delivered by me Support data from the repeater were analyzed by AVM, but without result. The recommendation from AVM Support is waiting for the next update from, maybe it is then different (better?). Too bad, because I in my area with the firmware 6:10 better transfer rates and a much higher stability than had with my WNCE4004.

Update 20141019
The available for a short time Firmware Update 6.12 has clearly brought improvement. When switching between HD channels sometimes it still hooked. This can my old WNCE4004 unfortunately still better.

Update II 20141025
I had the AVM Support also informed that it "hooked" when switching between Entertain channels for about 3 to 10 seconds. Today I received an email from the AVM support, perform the following steps with the request:

1. Set the Repeater to the factory setting and drag it out of the socket

[...]

2. Delete all the new "old" entries of the Repeaters in Speedport and restart the router

3. Connect the repeater to the mains and make a connection:

[...]

After I've completed these steps, now also works to switch without any lag. Now I can recommend the repeater without restrictions.
